Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a QC Inspector in Singapore to perform microbiology testing, environmental controls, and finished product quality checks. The role covers raw material and packaging evaluation, in-process monitoring, and final product release within a structured QC lab.

You will maintain and audit documentation, operate the DI water system, and support GMP and ISO compliance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, in Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in QC preferred
• Diploma with Chemistry background advantageous
• Familiar with GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

Responsibilities

• Microbiology tests including environmental control, raw material and finished product
• Responsible for incoming raw materials, packaging material and in-process product control until final product release
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and cleanliness in lab, retention room and pre-weight room
• Operate and maintain DI water system and pre-weight process monitoring
• Create or modify retention samples, SDS and COA as needed
• Assist in trouble shooting or testing for product improvement upon customer complaints
• Support internal and external audits for GMP and ISO standards
• Update GMP/ISO documentation and maintain records in SAP system
• Follow health, safety policies and environmental guidelines
• Monitor pest control and ensure monthly inspections

• Salary range: $2200 to $2800


• Location:Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)


• Working Days:5 Days Work Week


• Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Job Description:

• Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product

• Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control


• Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items


• and cleanliness


• Maintain and operate DI water system


• Pre-weight process monitoring and checking


• Responsible for in charge of retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification


• If receive any customer complain regarding the product, QC will need to assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement


• Support internal audit and external audit for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001


• GMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance


• Create, update and maintain SAP system


• Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, health and safety policy


• Follow up and manage new records of products permits and licenses thru HSA


• Highlight, feedback, suggest during and/or after monthly staff meeting


• Monitor and manage pest control contract and location of baits, ensure monthly inspections are done


• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma certificate with Chemistry background will be advantage


• At least 2-3 years’ experience in QC required


• Preferably with knowledge on GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001


• External and internal training will be provided
