Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC Inspector to join their Singapore team. In this role, you will conduct microbiology testing, manage quality checks, and maintain laboratory standards. A Diploma in Chemistry and 2-3 years of QC experience are preferred. Additionally, knowledge of GMP and ISO standards is advantageous.

• Industry/ Organization Type: Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing
• Position Title: QC Inspector
• Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology testing, including environmental control testing, raw material testing, and finished product testing.
• Handle quality checks for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, pre-weighed raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, items, and cleanliness in the laboratory, retention room, and pre-weighing room.
• Maintain and operate the DI water system.
• Monitor and check the pre-weighing process.
• Manage retention samples and prepare or update SDS and COA documents.
• Assist with troubleshooting or product testing for improvement when customer complaints are received.
• Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.
• Update, record, and maintain GMP and ISO documentation.
• Create, update, and maintain records in the SAP system.
• Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, and health and safety policy.
• Follow up and manage new records for product permits and licences through HSA.
• Share feedback and suggestions during or after monthly staff meetings.
• Monitor and manage the pest control contract and bait locations, and ensure monthly inspections are completed.
• Support other projects and assignments as instructed or assigned by management.
