Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC Inspector / Quality Control Technician to ensure materials, processes and products meet quality and safety standards.

You will conduct microbiological testing and quality checks across the manufacturing workflow, document results, and support audits in a GMP/ISO environment. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant scientific field and experience with QC/Lab practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines.
• Candidates with QC/lab/manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with GMP, ISO standards or microbiological testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to final product release.
• Monitor pre-weighing and production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory, retention sample and pre-weighing areas, including equipment, inventory and cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents including COA, SDS, test records and retention samples.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints through product testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update QC records and relevant information in SAP.
• Support internal and external audits covering GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a QC Inspector / Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to final product release.
• Monitor pre-weighing and production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory, retention sample and pre-weighing areas, including equipment, inventory and cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents including COA, SDS, test records and retention samples.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints through product testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update QC records and relevant information in SAP.
• Support internal and external audits covering GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Ensure quality and regulatory documentation is properly maintained and updated.
• Assist with product permits and licences with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Monitor hygiene and pest control activities within the manufacturing environment.
• Perform other QC-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines.
• Candidates with relevant QC / laboratory / manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with GMP, ISO standards or microbiological testing will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
