Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to support site activities at the West location. The role requires coordination of mechanical and electrical works, documentation, and client interactions while maintaining schedule adherence.

Candidate should have a diploma in mechanical engineering with 1–2 years in construction and knowledge of ACMV. Salary ranges from 3000 to 5000 SGD plus transport allowance, with work weeks including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working experience in construction with 1–2 years preferred.
• Knowledge in ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit product catalogue, technical data, shop drawings, M statements and O&M to client.
• Provide simple daily work status reports to management.
• Handle site documentation and ensure site matters are properly managed.
• Ensure on-site works are on schedule and within contract scope.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in testing and commissioning with sub-contractors and consultants.
• Conduct client training before project handover.
• Assist management with any other assigned tasks.

Working time: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri) ; 8AM - 12PM (Sat)

Salary: $3000 - $5000 (Depends on Education Background and Working Experience) + Transport allowance (reimbursement)

Job Responsible

• Provide simple daily reports of work status and reported to management.
• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assign.
• Ensure site work on schedule and according to the scope of contract.
• To resolve conflicts and attend site meeting.
• Participate in all testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main – contractor & consultant.
• Conduct training to client before project handing over.
• To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working Experience in Construction line at least 1-2 years.
• Knowledge in ACMV advantage (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works).
