Job summary

SELF is seeking dedicated Youth Workers to deliver transformative programmes for MOE students in Singapore. You will plan, facilitate, and implement youth development initiatives that foster social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth within school settings.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years coaching experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and MOE Instructor Registration.

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Youth Workers to join our team in delivering impactful programmes for students at MOE schools. The role involves planning, facilitating, and implementing youth development initiatives that foster social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a similar programme.

• Proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing group guidance programmes for students.
• Preferably competent in engaging with school staff and other stakeholders.
• Equivalent experience in youth work within school and community settings.
• Registered as an MOE instructor.

License/Certification

• MOE Instructor Registration (Required)

Remuneration

• Part-time: $15-25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Contract/ Full-time: $2000-3500 (depending on experience)
