Job summary

SELF is seeking dedicated Youth Workers to deliver transformative programmes for MOE students in Singapore. You will plan, facilitate, and implement youth development initiatives that foster social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth within school settings.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years coaching experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and MOE Instructor Registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience with students.
• Proven ability to design, plan, and deliver group guidance programmes for youths.
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills across diverse backgrounds.
• Experience engaging with school staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and facilitate engaging group guidance programmes for students.
• Build strong rapport with youth and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Identify students' needs and provide guidance in personal, academic, and social development.
• Contribute to programme planning and implementation to ensure effective delivery and impact.
