Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated Student Engagement Officer to organise and oversee school-based engagement programmes, develop holiday activities, and supervise students to ensure safety and positive interactions.

You will mentor students, support SEL development, track participation, prepare termly evaluations, and collaborate with teachers to equip learners with key life and academic skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage activities for student engagement programmes.
• Develop holiday programmes to maintain student engagement.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and positive interactions.
• Guide students in building positive peer relationships and social-emotional competencies.
• Monitor and track student participation; follow up on non-participation.
• Mentor identified students (goal-setting, academic support, SEL competencies).
• Collaborate with teachers-in-charge to equip students with relevant skills and values.
• Prepare necessary materials for all student engagement activities.
• Engage students in maintaining the after-school engagement room.
• Provide termly programme evaluations and prepare reports.
• Share updates on student participation and programme impact.
• Ensure adherence to the school's code of conduct.
• Work closely with school personnel for follow-up support and community resource connections.
• Assist with school-wide initiatives supporting holistic student development.
• Conduct end-of-year programme reviews and recommend improvements.
