Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated hostel supervisor to manage daily welfare, discipline and security for residents in a housing facility near Buangkok MRT. The role involves overseeing safety, conducting checks, and supporting emergency shifts.

You will deliver trauma-informed care, plan educational and recreational activities, and build positive relationships with residents, including participation in admissions and taskforce tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years working experience required.
• Night shift (10:30pm - 8:30am) may be required on adhoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents on a daily basis; manage welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergencies.
• Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, including body & property checks, security patrols, dormitory checks, and urine tests when necessary.
• Manage and provide care for daily living needs of residents in the hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for residents.
• Develop positive relationships with residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence).
• Involve in admission process and in taskforce tasks.

Education

Diploma with 2 years working experience

Job description

Working location: Near to Buangkok mrt

Working hours: 5 days (including one weekend) (8:00am - 4:00pm / 2:30pm - 10:30pm)

Salary: $2600 - $2900 + Shift Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years working experiences.
• To perform night shift(10.30pm - 8.30am) on adhoc basis when required.
