Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, risk analysis, fraud or abuse investigations, intelligence analysis, or a related integrity domain within a tech platform, consulting firm, or regulatory environment.
• Strong critical thinking and investigative instinct; break problems into testable hypotheses and distinguish systemic patterns from incidents.
• Technical data skills, including proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying and the ability to work with large datasets and visualization tools; scripting (Python) for automation.
• Solid understanding of the Trust & Safety risk lifecycle - detection, containment, and prevention.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into concrete enforcement actions, rules, or recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to safeguarding minors and handling sensitive content responsibly in a demanding environment.
• Preferred: experience in youth safety, high-harm policy areas at scale; experience across global teams; ability to adapt to evolving harms.

Responsibilities

• Investigate repeat youth-safety escalations across features to close enforcement gaps.
• Expand escalation signals into broader clusters and durable containment actions.
• Build and maintain containment strategies and automate detection with scripts and seed banks.
• Develop queries against large datasets to size harms and surface patterns.
• Own and report on enforcement actions and metrics for youth-safety topics.
• Partner with Risk Detection, Rapid Response, Policy, Product, and Operations to translate analysis into containment.
• Turn findings into clear written analysis and recommendations for technical partners and senior stakeholders.
