Job summary

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support programme operations and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives. Qualifications

• Relevant experience or skills in event organisation, marketing, project coordination, or project management will be an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for youth development initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions with stakeholders and monitor timelines.
• Maintain trackers and records to support project coordination.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings including scheduling, materials, minutes, and action follow-ups.
