Job summary

National Youth Council (NYC) in Singapore leads Youth Corps Singapore (YCS) to champion youth volunteerism nationwide. The team develops and guides youth leaders to design and deliver impactful community service projects, curate volunteering experiences, and connect city-wide networks to sustain youth engagement.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in community service or youth development.
• Experience in coordinating programmes and partnerships is desirable.
• Ability to design and deliver training with engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of Youth Corps Singapore programmes and activities.
• Coordinate training modules and partner workshops with training theories and tools.
• Evaluate programmes and trainee outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Engage schools and community partners to create meaningful service opportunities.
• Mentor youth volunteers and support their development in weekday evenings and weekends.
