Job summary

MORNING STAR COMMUNITY SERVICES LTD. in Singapore is seeking part-time Aspire Programme Mentors to support day-to-day operations and deliver the ASPIRE programmes for primary school children and youth.

You will oversee activities from 1 pm to 9 pm, foster positive relationships, coach and mentor, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

No experience required; candidates with 1–2 years in similar roles are welcome. Location: Whampoa area.

Qualifications

• Minimally 'O' Level / ‘A’ Level / ITE
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
• No experience required welcome

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise children and youth from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Coordinate activities and programmes, nurture engagement and interaction
• Befriend, coach and mentor children and youth using positive discipline
• Plan lessons to support social-emotional learning and group sessions
