The successful candidate will have at least six years of professional playing experience, proven competitive achievements, and a strong commitment to youth development and coaching. You will design sessions and monitor progress to prepare students for competitive play.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of professional playing experience.
• Demonstrated competitive achievements (tournaments, rankings, awards).
• Strong interest and commitment to coaching and youth development.
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and dedication.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured badminton training sessions for young students.
• Design and implement skill-based drills and development programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress and prepare them for competitive play.
