Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze electrical/physical failure mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with failure analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across Product Eng, Design, and Process Eng teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and solve complex yield, quality, and technology challenges through advanced failure analysis.
• Perform fault isolation and failure characterization using leading techniques.
• Identify root causes to enable process and design improvements.
• Partner with multiple teams to address design marginalities and tech limitations.
• Generate new analytical methodologies to address challenges.
• Support technology introduction, yield ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
