Job summary

You will investigate failure mechanisms, perform fault isolation with techniques like EMMI, OBIRCH, SEM, FIB, TEM, and nanoprobing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and solve yield, quality, and technology challenges.
• Perform fault isolation using advanced failure analysis techniques (EMMI, OBIRCH, SEM, FIB, TEM, nanoprobing).
• Identify root causes and enable process and design improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, Yield Enhancement, Process Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
