Technip Energies in Singapore is seeking a Yard Representative to manage yard operations, align with project goals, and uphold TEN's standards through effective leadership and compliance.

You will drive EHSS programs, QA/QC, staff supervision, subcontractor coordination, and responsive project reporting to keep schedules and budgets on track. This role emphasizes client relations on-site and hands-on oversight of pre-commissioning and handover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead yard operations ensuring compliance with TEN’s policies, standards, processes, procedures, and local regulations
• Manage Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) programs to maintain a safe work environment
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to meet project and client standards
• Administer staff management including supervision, staffing, and administration of yard personnel
• Coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor administration and field engineering support
• Control construction budget and costs to align with project financial objectives
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, plan yard activities, and report progress to project management
• Manage yard logistics and material handling to support construction and operational needs
• Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities to ensure smooth project transitions
• Maintain industrial relations and manage interfaces with local authorities and stakeholders
• Foster client relationships on-site to promote client satisfaction and TEN’s reputation
• Issue regular reports to Project Manager and Construction Head of Department
• Promote TEN’s values and represent the company positively within the yard and local community
• Organize yard operations including QHSSE, contractual, financial, and business activities
