Job summary

YL Integrated PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily client liaison and manpower planning on site in Singapore.

You will supervise 12-hour shifts, ensure safety compliance, and support mechanical/electrical maintenance tasks. Your role includes issuing permits to work and contributing to monthly reporting. Qualifications

Experience in facility maintenance coordination and client liaison.
Ability to plan manpower and supervise 12-hour shifts.
Familiarity with safety regulations and permit to work processes.
Relevant certifications such as CERT team, forklift operation, confined space are preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily with client and participate in toolbox meetings.
Plan, schedule and deploy workers to meet project needs.
Supervise 12-hour shift operations and ensure manpower coverage.
Support on off days when necessary and maintain site discipline and safety.
Develop servicing and preventive maintenance plans with senior supervisor.
Supervise site activities to ensure safety and schedule adherence.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support.
Carry out mechanical or electrical maintenance and repair works.
Ensure equipment remains in good condition and respond to breakdowns.
Issue daily Permits to Work and assist with monthly reports for traffic controllers.
