PEOPLEMATCH RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Yakiniku/Omakase Chef to join a premium omakase dining concept in Singapore.

You will perform precise knife work for meat preparation, portioning, trimming and slicing in line with yakiniku standards while supporting daily kitchen operations and stock control. The role emphasizes high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation, with a five-day work week and split shifts.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation and grilling will be an advantage.
• Good attention to food quality and presentation.
• Clean, disciplined and responsible.
• Able to work well in a professional team environment.
• Takes ownership and pride in their work.
• 5 days work week with split shift.
• Rest days on Sunday and Monday.
