Heart Springs Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Xiao Hong Shu Content & Lead Conversion Coordinator to manage our brand’s presence on XHS and convert enquiries into qualified leads and appointment opportunities for our Singapore outlets.

This is a fully remote role with a focus on content management, customer engagement, and lead generation. The role requires managing XHS content, timely responses to customer inquiries, and coordinating with the Singapore team.

Formación

• Experience managing Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) brand accounts.
• Strong Chinese writing for XHS content.
• English proficiency for internal communication.
• Familiarity with XHS trends and account management practices.
• Experience responding to customer inquiries and converting inquiries into leads.
• Basic photo editing and video editing (Canva, CapCut).
• Strong communication, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in beauty marketing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create, publish and manage XHS content, including posts, captions and short-form videos.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert them into qualified leads and appointments.
• Coordinate with Singapore team for assets and information; maintain posting schedule.
• Monitor account performance and maintain records of enquiries, leads and conversions.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports; suggest content and engagement improvements.
