XU WANG RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator to drive campaigns across platforms and grow online visibility.

You will create engaging content, manage social media, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery. The role blends marketing, sales, and admin in a small/local firm.

Strong English, 1–2 years' experience, and comfort with video content are desired; local hiring preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of digital marketing, sales, customer service or administration experience.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Google Ads or similar platforms.
• Comfortable creating social media content and appearing in videos.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Organised and able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced small-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, short-form videos, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
• Set up and monitor paid advertising campaigns to generate quality sales leads.
• Update website content and improve the company’s online visibility.
• Manage Google Business Profile, online listings and customer reviews.
• Track campaign performance, lead sources and marketing costs.
• Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversion rates, cost per lead and return on advertising spend.
• Coordinate photography and video content from moving projects.
• Identify new marketing ideas, partnerships and promotional opportunities.
