Job summary

SHRI Academy in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Generation Executive to support growth across individual learners, professionals and corporate clients. You will generate, capture, validate and qualify genuine leads to move them from campaign response to MQL.

The role covers digital campaigns, content production, collateral design, microsite updates and HubSpot management, with a focus on building a stronger lead generation engine for SHRI Academy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on digital marketing, content, design or lead generation.
• Ability to design professional marketing collateral for digital, print and web.
• Strong writing skills for campaigns and audience adaptation.
• Comfort coordinating multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in programme information and CRM records.
• Familiarity with dashboards, data and performance metrics.
• Willingness to learn HubSpot, marketing automation and ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and database activation across B2C and B2B.
• Execute and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email and events.
• Create content and collateral for campaigns, landing pages and nurture tracks.
• Maintain lead records, campaign attribution and CRM fields in HubSpot.
• Support simple campaign and funnel reporting on key metrics.
