Job summary

ZJCC ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a vigilant safety and environment professional to assist the Project Manager on-site with WSH, environmental and welfare matters.

You will serve as the WSHO and ECO, implement the WSHMS and EMP, and conduct daily inspections to drive corrective actions. The role involves liaising with MOM, NEA and stakeholders, delivering inductions and training, and preparing daily to monthly safety and environmental reports to ensure regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and report-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of WSH Act, regulations, and LTA requirements.
• Able to work independently or as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in WSH, environmental, and welfare matters.
• Serve as the designated WSHO and ECO for the project.
• Implement, monitor and maintain the WSHMS and EMP.
• Conduct daily site safety, health and environmental inspections.
• Ensure risk assessments, SWPs, and controls are implemented.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, MOM, NEA, and others.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
• Prepare and submit safety and environmental reports as required.
