Job summary

SG UNITED CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a MOM Registered WSHO to implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems across HDB sites. You will lead safety coordination with project teams and subcontractors to uphold compliance.

You will liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB HDB and consultants, conduct regular WSH inspections, review policies, complete risk assessments, and ensure statutory training and reporting. ISO standards familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HDB construction projects.
• Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project safety matters with project team and subcontractors
• Liaise with authorities like MOM, NEA, PUB HDB and consultants on safety related matters
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated
• Ensure the Project meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented
• Review of subcontractor's health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures
