Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to develop and monitor safety policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

You will conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and audits, provide safety training to project teams, investigate incidents and liaise with authorities and clients to maintain transparent safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of workplace health, safety and environmental regulations, including the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Registered Safety Officer is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate safety risks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to fostering a positive safety culture
