EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Officer to support WSH and environmental activities on civil/infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will provide safety guidance to workers, supervisors and subcontractors, conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and PTW checks to ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate safety briefings, training and drills, assist with incident investigations, and work with project teams, consultants and authorities on safety matters.

Formación

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and site safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support WSH and environmental activities in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and PTW checks.
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training and emergency drills.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify safety gaps and recommend improvements.

• Salary Range: $2600 - $3500
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)
