Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking entry-level service crew to take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required.

Candidates should be clean and hygienic in food handling, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to maintaining quality and guest satisfaction in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Clean and hygienic in food handling.

• No experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period.
• Attend to customers' queries and feedbacks to provide a positive customer experience.
• Perpetuate company philosophy and culture.
• Adhere to SOPs on all drinks and gourmet items to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Fulfill any other relevant job duties assigned by Manager on Duty.
