Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automotive and at least 2 years in a technical field such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment, or industrial vehicles. Fluency in English is required, and a valid Class 3/3A license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Able to speak and write English.
• Possess valid class 3/3A Singapore driving license (drive Van).
• Possess customer service mind-set.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, diagnose and rectify issues on material handling equipment.
• Carry out electrical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and components.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenances.
• Perform modification, commissioning works.
• Communicate and attend to site customer’s requests.
• Communicate well with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Undertake Supervisor’s Instruction.
• Provide support and guide new colleagues.
• Attend trainings.
