Job summary

BELFOR Restoration Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Workshop & Logistics Specialist to oversee equipment maintenance, inventory control, and site readiness in our Singapore workshop. You will ensure operational condition of machinery and Site Kits, maintain safety standards, and support rapid deployment for restoration projects.

The role involves coordinating logistics, procurement of consumables, and regular inventory reviews to keep projects on track and compliant with BELFOR procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/machinery environments is advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, machinery, and Site Kits in operational condition for deployment.
• Organize inventory and ensure safety standards in the workshop.
• Coordinate preparation, packing, dispatch, and return of equipment to project sites.
• Procure consumables and spare parts; liaise with suppliers for quotations.
• Review inventory levels and conduct quarterly stock takes.

Education

Nitec (Logistic /Supply chain) / Diploma in Warehouse Management
