Porschify in Singapore is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager (Automotive) to lead our workshop operations at Carros Centre. You will guide technicians, coordinate jobs, manage parts ordering, and ensure top workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a fast-paced team toward continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management.
• Ability to stay organized and solve problems.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
