China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to conduct risk assessments on project sites, lead safety programs, and ensure strict compliance with WSH and QEHS standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement safety regimes and maintain rigorous site records.

You will lead toolbox meetings, enforce permit to work, liaise with Safety Managers, and drive safety improvements in a fast-paced marine or construction environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate safety policies and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments at project sites and recommend measures to minimize or eliminate risks to personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain a strong safety regime on site.
• Lead toolbox meetings and ensure the permit to work system is properly enforced.
• Apply and uphold the Company's QEHS Management System, WSH Act, and occupational safety and health practices consistently on site.
• Liaise with Safety Managers on workplace safety, health, and environmental issues to maintain high safety standards.
• Lead and advise teams on safety programs to improve workplace safety outcomes.
• Review and maintain accurate site WSH records to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
