Job summary

PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent WSHO to oversee MOM/HDB HIP safety compliance on site. The role entails daily safety inspections, RA/SWP reviews, hazard identification, toolbox talks, and coordination with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Building, Civil, or Structural Engineering, is registered WSHO with MOM, and can work independently on site. HIP project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with MOM, Singapore.
• HDB/HIP project experience preferred.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement WSH requirements for HDB HIP projects.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and company safety requirements.
• Review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and work activities.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety inspections.
• Ensure proper safety measures are in place to protect workers, residents and the public.
• Prepare daily and weekly safety reports and maintain relevant WSH records.
• Liaise with HDB, consultants, subcontractors and site management on safety matters.
• Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
