Job summary

The role ensures compliance with WSH requirements, organizational standards, and safety expectations, while supporting risk management and continual improvement.

The successful candidate will engage stakeholders, lead safety audits, and contribute to a proactive safety culture through programmes and communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace safety inspections, audits, and safety walks.
• Monitor findings and drive corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Review risk assessments and safety controls for effectiveness.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis.
• Support safety programmes, campaigns and culture initiatives.
• Engage regulators, clients, and stakeholders on safety matters.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and drive continual improvement.
