Job summary

TKB C-E CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a WSH Coordinator to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements and company policies through regular inspections and checks.

The role involves assisting with monthly EHS inspections, pre-operation safety checks, incident investigations, safety reporting, and delivering inductions to workers and subcontractors, with a focus on preventive actions and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
• WSH (Level B) certification.
• 2-3 years' experience in similar field would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements and company policies
• Assist with monthly EHS inspections and ensure any issues are addressed & maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring
• Perform pre-operation safety checks in accordance with company requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and provide necessary controls after risks assessments to prevent recurrence
• Prepare safety reports as needed and report safety infringements and incidents to management
• Conduct safety briefings & inductions to new workers/subcontractors
• Recommend corrective & preventive actions to stop recurrence
• Promote safety awareness
