Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a proactive safety support professional to assist with safety programmes, risk management, and learning initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate trainings, analyze incidents, prepare communications, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. The 5-month contract is based at Lavender MRT and may renew based on performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer safety-related programmes and initiatives.
• Support the appointment and engagement of designated safety representatives and stakeholders.
• Organise workshops, learning sessions, and community engagement activities.
• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and reporting of safety incidents and trends.
• Support the planning, tracking, and administration of workplace safety training programmes.
• Develop and maintain training resources, learning materials, and e-learning content.
• Research best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety and risk management.
• Prepare communications, advisories, and awareness materials to promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: $3600 - $4500/month
Contract: 5mths contract (11 Oct 26 - 5 Mar 27) - renewable/convertible to perm based on performance and business needs

Working hours: 9AM-6PM, Mon-Fri
