Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in office operations, facilities or workplace management.
• Experience handling office relocation, renovation or space planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office and facilities operations.
• Plan office seating, meeting rooms and workplace amenities.
• Coordinate office relocation and renovation projects.
• Handle procurement, vendors and facilities maintenance.
• Support office set-up for new facilities.
• Manage tenancy, occupancy and lease-related matters.
• Coordinate retail and estate improvement projects.
• Work closely with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders.
