Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and various enterprise applications in Singapore.

You will collaborate with HR, business stakeholders and technical teams across the integration lifecycle to deliver scalable data exchanges. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors, and strong knowledge of REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, systems integration or Workday integration support.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting Workday integrations.
• Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with Workday Studio
• Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Experience with Workday Core Connectors
• Experience with Workday Web Services
• Experience with REST / SOAP APIs
• Experience with XML / JSON
• Experience with data mapping, transformation and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday tools and technologies.
• Work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and related integration frameworks.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.
• Perform integration mapping, transformation and data validation.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues and production incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Monitor scheduled integrations and resolve errors in a timely manner.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with business users and vendors on integration requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications and mapping documents.
