Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, ensuring timely assessment, build, test, and deployment.
• Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to assess impact and facilitate approvals.
• Maintains change documentation and ensures updates are tested and deployed to standards.
• Builds and supports Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST web services.
• Performs requirements analysis, technical design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinates with HCM and Financials teams.
• Maintains integration documentation and data mappings.
• Troubleshoots integration and data mapping issues.
