Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to lead integration development, testing, deployment and production support.

You will manage end-to-end Workday change requests and collaborate with Workday HCM and Financials teams, ensuring proper documentation and data mappings. This role is based in-office in Singapore with hands-on Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Proven experience in integration troubleshooting and production support.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday change requests, from assessment to deployment.
• Build and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST.
• Analyze requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and provide production support.
• Coordinate with Workday HCM and Financials teams; maintain docs and data mappings.
• Develop and execute test scripts for integration changes and resolve production issues.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Change Management

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, from assessment and development through testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess change impacts and obtain required approvals.

• Maintain accurate change documentation and ensure updates follow Workday standards.

Integration Development & Support

• Build and support Workday integrations using:

  • EIB

  • Core Connectors

  • Workday Studio

  • SOAP / REST Web Services

• Perform requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Troubleshoot integration and data-mapping issues.

Stakeholder & Documentation Management

• Coordinate with Workday HCM and Financials teams.

• Maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, and data mappings.

• Develop and execute test scripts for integration changes.

• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.

• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.

• Proven experience in integration troubleshooting and production support.

• Experience preparing technical specifications and test scripts.
