Job summary

NTT America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

The role requires deep knowledge of Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations, plus strong business process analysis and data conversion oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, with at least 3 years focused on core modules.
• Deep functional understanding of core Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning).

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations.
• Design, develop and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations.
• Perform business process analysis and gather detailed requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and manage data conversion activities.
• Provide guidance on Workday functionality and process improvements for integrated financial workflows.
