Job summary

Fi Woodfire Thai is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a station in our open-kitchen, wood-fired Thai restaurant. You will prep, cook and plate to Fi Woodfire standards, ensuring smoky, wood-fired flavors are delivered with consistency.

You will collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain hygiene, safety and timely service while mentoring junior cooks and managing station setup and prep.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen experience (line-cook or similar), ideally with grill/wood-fire cooking.
• Solid cooking skills and ability to deliver quality under pressure.
• Good organization, time management, and teamwork.
• Commitment to food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Run your assigned kitchen section — prep, cook and plate dishes according to Fi Woodfire standards.
• Work with our wood-fire oven to deliver smoky, perfectly grilled meats and Thai favourites.
• Maintain top-notch food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Help manage ingredient prep, inventory, and station setup/cleanup.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth, timely service.
