Job summary

NCS in Singapore seeks an experienced Lead Consultant, Network (Wireless Expert). You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex wireless networks for enterprise clients, combining deep wireless knowledge with consulting to deliver strategic network solutions.

The role requires guiding engineering teams, producing HLD/LLD/MOP, and coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of enterprise networking experience
• 6–7 years in enterprise wireless
• Strong knowledge of Wi‑Fi 5/6/6E/7 and RF fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise wireless solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during project delivery.
• Prepare and review HLD, LLD, MOP, implementation plans, rollback plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
