Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant, Network (Wireless Expert) in Singapore. You will spearhead design, implementation, and optimization of complex wireless networks for enterprise clients, combining deep wireless expertise with consulting acumen to drive business value and seamless connectivity.

You will guide project delivery, produce HLD/LLD/MOPs, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in enterprise networking with at least 6–7 years specializing in enterprise wireless.
• Certifications in CWNA/CWSP/CWAP/CWDP/CWNE or CCIE wireless are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, Cisco ISE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise wireless solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during project delivery.
• Prepare and review High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), MOPs, implementation and rollback plans, and project docs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
