Job summary

FU YU CORPORATION LIMITED in Singapore is hiring a Wire-Cut Machinist to set up and operate wire-cut machines in our air-conditioned toolroom. You will run machines, maintain condition, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Requirements: NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, 2–3 years' experience with wire-cut machinery, ability to read technical drawings, bilingual in English and Mandarin, and basic computer literacy (Office, email).

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of experience operating wire-cut machinery.
• Able to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Basic computer literacy (Office, email) required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire-cut machineries.

Job Summary

To setup workpiece and operate machineries within our production sites inside air-conditioned toolroom. Cross training provided for operating different machineries in other sections.

Job Description

• To setup and operate wire-cut machineries.
• To maintain good condition of machineries.
• Maintaining of quality and safety standards.
• Able to use basic measuring equipment, vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge...etc.
• To be able to read technical drawing and follow instructions.
• To set up and operate Wire-Cut machineries.
• To clean and maintain good condition of the machineries.
• To produce precision tool.
• To check all produced works are correctly done according to requirement.
• Report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately.
• Observes all company policies and procedures, including safety rules, and maintains 5S workplace standards and orderly work area.

Job Requirements

• Possessed NITEC or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in operating Wire-Cut machineries.
• Need to be bilingual to deal with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
• Basic computer literacy such as using of Microsoft Office and sending email correspondences.
