Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a hands-on Windows Engineer to maintain a stable, secure Wintel environment supporting core business systems in Singapore. You will administer Windows Server ecosystems, manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, and optimize VMware/Hyper-V infrastructures.

The role emphasizes patching, vulnerability remediation, and high availability. Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills, ownership mindset, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Wintel infrastructure.
• Strong experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience in high-availability environments and incident handling.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy as core services.
• Maintain and optimize VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor system health to ensure uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 infrastructure issues.
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Collaborate with teams to support business-critical applications.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to change management and controls.
