Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced IT systems engineer to manage Windows servers, Exchange environments, and VMware ESXi-based virtual infrastructure in a Singapore data center. You will handle OS deployments, server hardening, and day-to-day administration while providing timely escalation support and maintaining system security.

Responsibilities include OS install/config, Exchange management, AD/DNS/DHCP, and VM provisioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Windows Server 2019/2022, Exchange and VMware L1/L2
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers, MS Clustering, Server backups, AD Federated Services & Windows PowerShell
• Experience with VMware ESXi and server virtualization

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OS on physical servers and VMs; configure RAID on physical servers
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues; manage Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online
• Provide escalation support to L1 Engineers
• Participate in weekend maintenance as required
• Perform routine system administration in Windows Active Directory environment
• Monitor servers and troubleshoot problems
• Produce documentation for server deployment and configuration
• Vulnerability assessment and fixations for new and existing servers
• Install, configure, and maintain server OS and repair server hardware (VMware VSphere 8.x)

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure OS on physical servers and virtual machines Configuration of RAID on physical servers
• Basic skill to analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues Manage Exchange 2019 and Exchange online Manage and Troubleshoot Esxi and Virtual Servers running
• Provide a point of escalation and support to the L1 Engineers.
• Participate in weekend maintenance activities, as required.
• Perform routine system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Monitor servers and troubleshoot problems.
• Produce appropriate documentation for server deployment, configuration, and related processes.
• Vulnerability assessment fixing of findings for new servers and existing servers
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and repair server hardware VMWare VSphere 8.x

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience in Windows 2019 / 2022, Exchange and VMWare L1/L2
• Good working knowledge and experience on Windows servers(2019 and 2022) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers, MS Cluster, Server backup, AD Federated Services & Windows PowerShell.
• Experience on VMWare
