Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage Windows Server environments (2019/2022) and VMware vSphere platforms, including vMotion and DRS. You will handle Exchange 2019/Online and provide Tier-1/2 support, with weekend maintenance and on-call rotations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Dell/Lenovo servers, firmware updates, RAID configuration, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge and experience with Windows Servers (2019/2022).
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Servers, Microsoft Cluster, Server Backup, AD Federated Services, and Windows PowerShell.
Experience with core VMware technologies and VMware vSphere (8.x) including vMotion/HA/DRS.
Experience with Dell and Lenovo server hardware and firmware updates.

Responsibilities

Provide escalation and support to L1/System Engineers.
Perform routine Windows AD environment administration.
Monitor and troubleshoot Windows/VMware servers; handle VM creation, templates, snapshots, and backups.
Manage Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online.
Administer and support VMware platform and ESXi deployments, including vSphere features.
Maintain documentation for server deployment, configurations, and processes.
Participate in weekend maintenance and on-call rotations.
