Job summary

Endo Homes Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and help customers choose curtains and blinds to enhance home décor. You will guide customers, handle inquiries, and process sales with accuracy, while maintaining a tidy showroom and participating in product trainings.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including evenings and weekends, at our Singapore location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferable in home décor or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Availability for 5.5 working days per week (Sunday or Saturday off plus half a weekday off).

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service to in-store and phone customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Guide customers in selecting curtains and blinds that fit their needs and budget by explaining product features and benefits.
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries about products, installation processes, and financing options to support informed decisions.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Engage actively in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and improve sales skills.
