Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate reactors and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets, and to control process parameters.

You will dose resins and solvents using flow meters and pumps, handle drums, and perform basic in-process quality checks. You will also operate grinding mills, mixing stirrers, pumps and filters to pack products into drums or IBC containers. A forklift license is mandatory, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Forklift license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactor and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets.
• Control and maintain process parameters of Reactor.
• Usage of flow meters and pumps to dose resins and solvents.
• Use of drums to dose solvents.
• Perform simple chemical analysis to check in-process quality.
• Operate the grinding mills and mixing stirrer.
• Operate pumps and filters to pack products into drums or IBC containers.
