Job summary

BASIC ESSENCE, a boutique wellness centre, is seeking a Wellness Centre Admin to oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, support practitioners, and drive community growth to enhance client satisfaction and business development.

You will manage appointments, classes, workshops, and events, deliver excellent customer service, and help marketing efforts with social media content and partnerships to expand the wellness community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, retail, or customer service management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective client and team interactions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and task completion.
• Proficiency with digital tools, scheduling systems, and social media platforms to support centre operations and marketing.
• Passion for wellness, holistic health, personal development, or community building to align with centre values.
• Experience managing a small team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient centre functioning
• Coordinate appointments, class schedules, workshops, and events to optimize resource use and client engagement
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly handling enquiries, memberships, bookings, and follow-ups
• Support wellness practitioners, therapists, and facilitators to enable effective service delivery
• Monitor and maintain centre cleanliness, ambience, and operational standards to enhance client experience
• Perform administrative tasks including reporting and inventory management to support operational needs
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns and social media content to increase community engagement
• Develop partnerships and initiatives that expand the wellness community and foster collaboration
• Support business development efforts to achieve revenue growth and sustainability
