Job summary

ASIA PACIFIC MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Supervisor in Singapore to lead therapy aides and support staff, coordinate training and onboarding, and ensure clinical areas and equipment are prepared and compliant.

You will manage staff performance and customer experience across shifts. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays if needed, with a focus on service quality and

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy and wellness will be an advantage.
• Proven good leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Personable, enthusiastic and ambitious with the ability to direct, hire and train staff.
• Excellent time management, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise the daily activities of therapy aides and support staff.
• Training, hiring, motivating, evaluating and directing staff.
• Ensure therapy rooms, equipment, and treatment areas are prepared and maintained.
• Monitor customer feedback, service quality indicators and operational compliance standards.
• Maintaining the client database, scheduling appointments, managing contract laborers and employees.
• Perform outlet audits and identify areas for improvement in service execution and customer experience.
• Work closely with leaders to strengthen service quality, team discipline and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and structured skills development for new employees.
• Placing orders of supplies and retail, managing inventory control and interviewing new staff members.
